Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All tags, original packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exchange Policy

We are committed to making your shopping experience seamless. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact).
  2. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Items marked as Final Sale, Customized, or Non-Exchangeable are not eligible.

  3. Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping (except for defective/incorrect items). Replacement product shipping is covered by us.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Refunds
